Of course, knowing that I made a new dA, the world obviously had to go and do something insideous.
More specifically, the State legislature of MA.

A few months back, here in MA, there was a rather draconian bill going thru the State Senate regarding pandemics.
It passed 36 - 0. However, the bill contained in it some pretty horrible things, i.e. the ability to search your house without a warrent, the ability to force you to get a vaccination shot, the extreme right to throw you in a quarantine zone if you resist.
Pretty bad stuff. IT was just worded piss-poor.
Well, I'm a District Coordinator of a non-profit, non-partisan political watchdog group. We see these things, we bombard our specific State Reps and Senators with info telling them "what?"
A few felt foolish and swore to vote against it the next time it came by, and spread the word down to their colleagues in the House to vote against it.
Well, the bill died. But, it seems to be back for a second round, and that's where I was told to organize a protest rally against it. They also want me to spread awareness of an impeachment petition against the guy who wrote the thing.

As you can see, this is already eating into my time, and I JUST got the assignment.
